Develop recruitment plan, HR Plan, job design, and responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
This is a full-time 100% remote position, and we would prefer somebody located and working from the IST time-zone since a majority of the team is located in that part of the world.
Introduction
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Responsibilities
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Complete other duties as necessary and assigned by Program Manager and CEO.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience working on monitoring, evaluation and learning for donor-funded projects.
Superior knowledge of designing M&E tools and systems (developing SOPs, log frame, M&E framework and project monitoring and tracking plans, etc.)
Demonstrated experience using monitoring and evaluation systems with donors.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Proven experience in managing multiple and competing tasks while maintaining the quality of deliverables within deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in developing Log Frame, Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and Project Implementation Plans.
Fluency in spoken and written English language is an essential requirement.
Documented quality report writing skills in the English language is essential.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Excel, are required, use of other data entry and analysis software excel is appreciated.
